Violation of these ToS will result in you being blacklisted. You will not be able to order from me in the future. Attempts to bypass this blacklisting will result in a hard block for all parties involved.

Your name and paypal email are needed for confirmation. This information is never stored.

My business hours are from 10am to 6pm daily, save for weekends. This is when I will be working on your art. I may respond to messages outside of these hours, so don't hesitate to contact me when needed.

Artwork purchased from me, unless otherwise discussed, will be digital copy only. There are no physical copies.

You and I will discuss your commission via the platform you first contacted me through. This will be our main line of communication unless we discuss an alternative that works better, such as discord.

I will provide a WIP after I sketch out the pose, if applicable. You may then give me alterations/corrections. I will rework a pose from the ground up a maximum of 2 times, so please be honest and forthcoming with feedback or ideas! Additional heavy editing is subject to a possible charge. Sketch commissions are exempt.

If you have any specific requests, be sure to mention them to me! The same goes for time-sensitive orders. If they are a rush job, I may ask for a rush fee.

A link to my art queue is available in the footer. Art can take anywhere from a few days to a few months, it depends entirely on my mental health and real life situation. You are encouraged to contact me or check the queue as often as needed! I don't mind giving updates at all.

Once the art is finished, I will send you an unwatermarked version of the image.

I will upload artworks commissioned from me to my art sharing sites unless asked not to. If you see art you've ordered from me up that you would like taken down, please message me!

You may not trace, reproduce, or heavily reference my art in any way.

You may not claim art purchased from me as your own.

Do not remove, cover, edit, or otherwise obscure my signature if it is present. (Exception being for Icon crops only. Credit must still be given elsewhere, clearly.)

You are free to upload art commissioned from me on social platforms permitting the proper credit is sourced.

No art commissioned from me is to be used in any way commercially. It may not be used in or on any product, comic, video, or other type of media without my prior written consent.

Commissions purchased are for private use only. No merchandise is to be made from art bought from me without written consent or agreement.

Please check the Trello for your arts status before requesting a refund!

I do not provide refunds on art that has already been completed.

A 100% refund is available for those whose art has not yet been started.

A 50% refund is available for those whose art is still in the sketching/lining phase.

If you would like to argue your case or discuss a possible refund with me, please message me privately and we can discuss options - there can always be exceptions to a rule, but you need to talk to me!

Commissions from me are done through Paypal Invoice (or, in some cases, via site currencies) only. The prices and format will be listed or discussed before the order is accepted.

When ordering, please fill out the form(s) provided or discuss with me what it is you want. When providing references, I will need a clear visual reference and/or a color palette if applicable.

If a clear visual reference is not available for your character, please do collect some references for the style of clothes, possible facial features and or body type of the character to give me a better idea of what you want.

I reserve the right to turn down your order for any reason.

Once your order is accepted, I do not start on the art until payment is received. Do not send me money until I have sent you an invoice.

Chargebacks without warning before or after a piece was started will result in a temporary blacklist. If you have concerns about your order or availability of refunds, PLEASE contact me first!
